An excellent introductory workshop on making Makgeolli. Joe really knows his stuff! I learnt a lot more than I was expecting about the history, varieties and process of making the drink, and came out of it fairly confident in giving homebrewing a go back at home! Perhaps one downside is that I might not appreciate commercial Makgeolli as much now...
